When I hear the word Anabolic the first thing that comes to my mind is the first time I seen Arnold in Conan The Barbarian and thought “holy crap how does that happen”!
Wow! I’m pretty sure i just gave away my age because that was a long time ago ! Back to the subject , I later on learned that it takes hours and hours hitting the gym, eating lots of food, and most important the right foods . I’m not sure if this is how Arnold the great barbarian made his food but i’m sure it would have done him good,just like it can for every man and woman trying to eat right and pack on the muscle!!
